Registering Flex Your Idea as a Wix Partner and a Shopify Partner, so we can deliver web development on both platforms.

Work this top to bottom with Daniel. Tick each step and the tracker fills in. Both programmes are free. Budget 15 to 30 minutes each. Start with section 01, because two decisions there protect FYI's ownership of both accounts for good.

Before you start

The one decision to get right

Register both accounts under FYI, never under a personal login. Use a company email we control (for example partners@flexyouridea.com), with Christopher as the owner and Daniel as an operator. This keeps the revenue share, the leads, and the partner relationship with the company if anyone moves on. Do not use a personal Gmail.

Get these ready before you open either signup. Tick them off:

Company email readyThe shared inbox both of us can reach. This is the login identity for both accounts. Strong password set and savedStore it in FYI's password manager so it is shared, not personal. Legal entity name confirmedUse exactly: Flex Your Idea Pte Ltd. Singapore business details to handRegistered address, postal code and business email. FYI standing rules

Governance and risk

Both programmes are free, standard and low risk. Three things still need a deliberate decision before we commit.

Ownership and continuity

Both accounts live under FYI's company email with Christopher as owner. This keeps revenue share and the partner relationship with the company, not an individual, if anyone moves on.

Contractual

Each programme has a Partner Terms of Use that binds FYI to how we market the partnership. Read both before accepting. Neither lets us claim an exclusive partnership.

Financial

Partner earnings must flow into FYI's business PayPal and accounts, never a personal wallet. Set this up correctly from day one so the books stay clean.
